Membership

Fellowship (membership) of the Society is open to everyone who is interested in promoting the study of all aspects of numismatics, especially coins, paper money, tokens and medals.

The Society welcomes specialists and non-specialists alike, and is keen to include curators, researchers, students, collectors, dealers – in fact anyone interested in numismatics. Please see our Membership Benefits page for a list of the specific benefits of our membership package, above and beyond the support which your subscriptions provide numismatic activity in the UK.

If you would like to become a member, please download and complete an application form and return it to the address printed on the form. Applicants are nominated for election at the Society’s monthly meetings, which they are welcome to attend. Discounted membership is available to students with proof of current student status. Membership thereafter is dependent upon annual payment (due on 1st January) of your membership subscription. This payment is used to fund the activities of the Society and evidence of the use made of subscriptions can be found in the Society’s Annual Reports. Subscriptions should be made online via our Subscriptions page.

Completed application forms should be returned to The Honorary Secretary either by email (at info@numismatics.org.uk), or by post to:
